URVA collects customer information such as name, mobile number and delivery address only for account management, order processing, delivery and customer support.

Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing. Customer information is not intentionally sold to third parties. Reviews posted by customers may be visible publicly with the reviewer's display name.
